Great news!? I have received quite the honor!!! In the September 2010 issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated, Editor-in-Chief of PWI magazine, Frank Krewda, honored me with the top award for "Best Pecs" in professional wrestling (Krew Cuts, pg 16-17). I beat out a rather formidable list of women, including TNA Knockouts Angelina Love, Madison Rayne (and current TNA Knockouts champion), and former TNA Knockout and Playboy model Traci Brooks, and Playboy model April Hunter. And that's QUITE a line up of pecs...to say the least! Thank you PWI, for noticing my assets. They don't call me "CoatesWrack" for nothing, you know! :) I also made the top 5 "Best Hardbodies" in the wrestling business as well. :) It always feels good to have hard work noticed! And here's a gallery showing you what it's all about: 35 steaming hot pix by the jacuzzi! Come back soon!Muah!xoxo Melissa

9th, 2010: Wrestling Then & Now with Evan Ginzburg May 28, 2010
Hey there Here's a few pix from last weekend I spent up in Detroit, first with one of my biggest fans Curt at the Motor City Comicon in Novi MI, and then from the Metro Pro Wrestling show from that Sat evening May 15th in Wyandotte MI. Lots and lots of stars at the convention! Comic book authors, amazing artists, Lillian Garcia, Dawn Marie, Molly Holly, Raven, Lita, Playboy models, movie stars such as Tia Carerre, Adam West, and Eric Roberts who was sitting at the booth on the other side of mine. On one side of me was Raven, and on the other side was Playboy model/athlete Mia St John. Eric Roberts who is of course Julia Roberts' brother turned out to be a real cool guy. I loved his creepiness in the film "Star 80" about the murder of Playboy Playmate Dorthy Stratton, and his performances in "The Specialist" with Sylvester Stallone, and "The Pope of Greenwhich Village" with Mickey Rourke. He actually has a HUGE film coming out in August with an absolutely AMAZING lineup, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundren, Sylvester Stallone and Stone Cold Steve Austin! The film is called The Expendables, and is an upcoming ensemble action/war film written by Dave Callaham and SylvesterStallone, and directed by Stallone. Filming began on March 28, 2009, in Rio de Janeiro, New Orleans, and Los Angeles and is expected to be released on August 13, 2010. The film pays tribute to the blockbuster action films of the 1980s and early '90s, and stars an array of action veterans from those decades (such as Stallone himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, and Jet Li) as well as more recent action stars such as Jason Statham, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Both Steven Segal and Jean-Claude Van Damme were offered parts, but declined. I have to be honest, I really loved the macho, joke cracking action heros of the late 80s/early 90s. Absolutely loved the Rocky movies and The Terminator films (enjoyed Rambo a lot too). Action heros just aren't the same anymore, and I really miss it. So I'm definitely going to be seeing this new film. Stone Cold plays Eric Roberts' bodyguard in the film.Should be a great move for his acting career.
MEMBERS!!! I have a new match up in the WRESTLING area. This match is from May 2 for AWF in King of Prussia PA, where I had to take on the "Indy Legend Killer" Helter Skelter, and show him why they call me "The CoatesWrack"! :) Come back soon and often! Check out a smoking hot video of Melissa posing in a sexy red dress.

And I hope you will come join me for the fun!!!
Last weekend May 8th, I had a great time at the Bed of Nails Wrestling
Convention in White Plains NY. I got to catch up with some awesome people
I haven't seen in quite some time. I love the wrestling business, its
so much like a great big family! Some of the stars there were Balls
Mahoney, Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Jerry Lynn, Vampiro, Hacksaw Jim
Duggan, Ox Baker, Davari, Shelley Martinez, Greg "The Hammer"
Valentine, and the "Innovator of Violence" himself, Tommy
Dreamer. Here's a couple of shots of me in my pink tube dress, so comfortable!

April 11, 2010
Welcome back to www.melissacoates.com! So good to see you here! I've been a very very busy girl! Which my father says is great, becuase it keeps me out of trouble! :) I had a great time at the K&S Wrestlefest last Sat April 10th in Carteret NJ. I sat with my friend Evan Ginzburg, whose wedding party I attended the week before. (Evan just married a Korean woman, and as he put it, I was the "biggest and blondest person" at that wedding party! LOL!) Matt 'Doink the Clown" Borne and his wife were sitting beside Evan and me, and I have to say Matt is one hilarious guy! Made for one interesting day! And with Ox Baker across from us, it was all the more interesting! Ox is soooo tall, and his elbows are in just the perfect spot for hitting me right in the chest (ouch!) every time he made his way down the aisle! Thanks Ox! He did give me a nice 8x10 of himself, so I guess he made it up to me. The day got off to an even weirder start, as I made my way to the convention in a cab I shared with a woman heading to the jail, a twentysome guy headed to a church for a funeral, and then there's me, the big buff platinum blonde girl, headed to a wrestling convention! Talk about an odd mix of people in one vehicle! Traci Brooks, Rob Terry, Jim Powers (still looking buff!), Harvey Whippleman, The Brooklyn Brawler, Mae Young, Paul Bearer, Marty Jannetty, Deuce and Domino, Payton Banks, Scott Casey, and sooo many more were there. I posted a few photos of me and fans up in the free wrestling area of the site. I was all decked out in my Vegas Dress, which I have now dubbed my "Dancing with the Stars" dress, after seeing the amazing dress that Pam Anderson is wearing in her Dancing with the Stars promo shots. Speaking of Pam Anderson, I have a very "Pammy" looking (so I've been told) gallery up in the MEMBERS area! Eight big pages (!) of me in a low cut chocolate brown blouse and a tight black pencil skirt and heels. I'm wearing shades in a lot of the shots too, so its a very cool photo set, and quite different from a lot of the photo shoots I've done in the past. This one is much more glamor and fashion oriented. Last Saturday April 3rd, I made a surprise
visit to the NWS/WSU King and Queen of the Ring show in Kearny NJ as
a opponent for the WSU champion Merecedes Martinez. Merecedes
is a great champion, but I think I'd make a BETTER one! It's
been years since we've wrestled each other (We had a feud running at
Afa the Wild Samoan's WXW promotion in Allentown PA, including a cage
match!), and though I've gotten tougher and stronger in the ring, Mercedes
still has a few years experience on me...she pulled out a new submission
during our match and ended up getting the better of me. That's
just fine Mercedes, you enjoy that championship belt a little longer...it
will be mine soon enough! Last Wednesday April 21st I had a great time doing www.trashtalkingradio.com with host Mike Trash! Check out the site for the hour and a half interview, and "the chair-swinging freak" himself, ECW Original Balls Mahoney joins us at the end of the interview. Balls always has some real interesting things to say. Wednesday at 9 pm I'll be on The Real Side of Wrestling blogtalk radio along with Greg Gagne, son of the legendary amateur and professional wrestler Verne Gagne. Although he never quite achieved the status of heavyweight champion like his father, Gagne was a two-time American Wrestling Association (AWA) tag-team champion with partner "Jumping" Jim Brunzell (later one-half of the WWF's "Killer Bees" combo in the 1980s). Together the "High Flyers" ruled the AWA tag-team title in the late 1970s and early 1980s defeating several teams, including one led by now Minnesota Govenor Jesse "The Body" Gagne had several shots at AWA Heavyweight Champion Nick Bockwinkel, but always came up short. Gagne quit the sport in the early 90s shortly after the demise of the AWA. The call in number is (347) 994-2740, and the link to the show is at www.blogtalkradio.com/realsidemedia And this weekend, April 17 and 18th: I'm at the New England Hall of Fame and convention in Providence Rhode Island. Come see Bryan "Adam Bomb" Clarke, "Heart Throb" Antonio Thomas, Doink the Clown (Matt Borne), Larry Zbyszko, Rick Martel, Jimmy Snuka, Kenny Dykstra, Dangerous Danny Davis, Tim White, Ox Baker, Joe Savoldi, John Cena Sr, and more!!! Doors open Sat at 9 am for the convention, and runs till 5:30 pm, and on sunday the convention continues from 2 pm till 4 pm, then the New England Hall of Fame induction runs from 4 pm till 8 pm. The show is at the Brotherhood of the Holy Chost Charity Hall on 59 Brightridge Ave in East Providence RI. I'll be there Saturday from about 1:30 pm till 5:30, then again from 2 till 8 pm on Sunday. I'll have sexy 8x10s available, as well as a 5 match compilation DVD of my best matches! Hope to see you in Providence! xoxo Melissa MARCH 28, 2010

Happy Valentine's Day!!!! I hope it will be a wonderful day for you, and those of you who are going lone star, maybe I can be your Valentine! I've put up a 20 pic gallery of me in a pink polka dot bikini in the MEMBERS area, as well as an exciting tag team match from last year with me and Shannon Ballard (one of my first trainers) against rookie Davina Rose and Shannon's twin Shane Ballard. This is a great match with some innovative moves, plus guess who gets the 1,2,3 after catching Davina flying from the top rope!!!! The photos were shot by Toronto's Andrea Kellaway last Dec for the 2010 "Nearly Naked Ladies of Wrestling" Calendar (www.thaOshow.com). Really beautiful work shot simply on a white background. I was up in Brooklyn last Sat Feb 6th for a convention and wrestling show for Forgotten Championship Wrestling. Brutus Beefcake (one of my co-stars in Ultimate Death Match 2 film which has just been completed), Kid USA (who was the stunt double in The Wrestler film), Romeo Roselli, Evan Ginzburg and more were in attendance. Luscious Johnny Valiant was there for the event, and amused as all with his comedy act. He told a funny story about rooming with Andre the Giant, some reference to a baseball bat (!!!????) Its always a pleasure meeting fans and hanging out with friends. I've posted a pic here of me at the convention with a friend of mine who came by to chat. My next convention event will again involve me working with publicist Evan Ginzburg: Tagteam Promotions Presents Largest Legends Convention Ever To Hit Southeast- Legendsmania! It’s going to be the biggest and best legends convention ever
to hit Atlanta and the Southeast. And fans from around the world are
making their plans now to be here.
8 time NWA Tag Team
Champions "Rock and Roll" Express, Ricky Morton
and Robert Gibson, I'll be sharing a booth with Evan Ginzburg, Publicist of Legendsmania, and Associate Producer of award-winning The Wrestler movie starring Mickey Rourke. Evan will be selling his memorabilia and copies of his book, and I'll have autograph photos and dvds available. Be sure to stop by and say hello! I'd love to see you there! On Feb 8th, I was interviewed by host Gary Scudero for his program "Talents Unlimited", an interview show on Queens Public Access. The show airs Fridays at 5 pm on Channel 34 and repeated on Fridays at 9 pm on Channel 56 on Queens Public Access. For info about the show you can contact Gary at bartlby@juno.com. It really was an interesting time, we talked about my current occupation as a fitness model/pro wrestler/actress, and then my former background at a top 10 in the world professional bodybuilder. I even brought one of my Ms Olympia medals up to the show, and a few of my biggest most memorable magazine covers, features, and posters. It's a half hour show, and we actually RAN OUT of TIME! So much to talk about and so many cool clips to show! So Gary plans on having me come back sometime in the near future. I'll keep you posted. As well I was interviewed by John Gray on The Real Side of Wrestling, blogtalk radio, as part of the promotion for the LegendsMania convention March 12 and 13th in Atlanta GA. Evan Ginzburg was also interviewed on the program. Lots of ground covered, including my time at Ohio Valley Wrestling while it was a developmental, my background in professional bodybuilding, tennis, and fitness modelling, and my current modelling/pro wrestling/acting projects. We also discuss current use of women at the higher levels of professional wrestling. Listen to link here: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/realsidemedia

I hope you all are having a fantastic start to the year 2010!
I sure am, and if you aren't having a ball as of yet, maybe
I have a few things that can turn things around for you!
In the MEMBERS area of melissacoates.com, you'll find
a whole gallery including the two smoking hot shots from
above I did in Toronto last November as part of a calendar
shoot.
As you can see, photographer Andrea Kellaway, her makeup
artist and I made good use of a roll of black electrical tape.
And ouch! you are right! It did hurt when I took
that tape off, lol! Had to rip it off quick, like taking
off a band-aid. My pain is your pleasure, in this case!
Maybe one day, I'll return the favor...........
The shots were part of a shoot for a 2010 calendar in support
of breast cancer. 100 per cent of the proceeds are going
towards research for a cure. The calendar was put together on
behalf of charity so unfortunately it wasn't ready to go before
the start of the year, but those of you who want to support
a great cause and either don't have a 2010 calendar yet or want
a much hotter one (LOL) than the one you have now, can pick

SAD NEWS December 30, 2009 A great wrestler, a great man, and one of my trainers, “Dr.
Death,” Steve
Williams
, passed away at the age of 49 after a lengthy battle with throat
cancer. Steve Williams (May 14, 1960 – December
29, 2009)[1],
better known by his ring
name "Dr. Death" Steve Williams, was a professional
wrestler and former collegiate football
and wrestling star at the University
of Oklahoma.
Williams graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 after
a football
career that saw him named an All-American.
He also competed as an amateur
wrestler, losing in the finals of an NCAA
tournament to future Olympic medalist Bruce
Baumgartner. Already interested in professional wrestling, Williams
had a ready-made nickname which dated back to an incident in junior
high where he had to wrestle in a hockey
goalie's
mask and was jokingly labeled "Dr. Death" by one of his school's
coaches. I found that story especially touching, It
added a kind of a child-like innocence to Steve, despite his 6'2"
280 lb frame!
His childhood dream became a reality. Williams went on
to wrestle in UWF, NWA, ECW,
All Japan and WCW with Terry Gordy before joining WWE
in 1998. In 2006 he began aiding the training of future
WWE superstars. I was at the WWE developmental Deep South
Wrestling in McDonough GA at the time, and I really enjoyed his
instruction. Steve was very very kind, and never played favorites.
He spent his time advising each and everyone of us on an equal level.
Last time I saw Steve was at Signamania in Fairless Hills 2008.
He was kind as ever, and looking good.In 2007, with his cancer in remission, William penned an
inspirational book entitled "How Dr. Death became Dr. Life".
Steve devoted his time to working with a ministry group
and less-fortuante kids. “I use the ring as an altar
call, and I do my testimony from the ring and ask the kids if
they want to give their lives to Christ, and then we pray together.”
Unfortunately the cancer came back, and Steve passed away
on Dec 29th. He will be sorely missed.
December 25 , 2009 Happy Holidays! Here's a couple of pix celebrating the Holiday Cheer!
At NWA:ANARCHY yesterday I had a rematch vs Crystal
Rose. Crystal has more of a background in MMA fighting, so this was
a chance to compare the two forms of wrestling. I'm the much
bigger stronger opponent, so Crystal had to call on her MMA background
to try to get anything on me. After tossing her around the ring
a bit, I went for an elbow in the corner, but she got out of the way,
and I banged my elbow on the turnbuckle, which gave her the opportunity
to put on an arm submission. It didn't last long though, as
I picked her up from the arm she was on and bashed her on the canvas
a couple of times, forcing her to relinquish the hold.
While I shook my arm out she climbed the top turnbuckle
to go for some big move, maybe a hurrincurrana, but I jumped up, hit
her twice in the stomach, and then got her up in a gorrilla press!
I paraded around the ring a bit with her before I dropped her on her
face! I was feeling really powerful that day so I also vertical
suplexed her. After a pumphandle slam (I gave her someting to remember
me by with all these big moves, maybe next time she won't be so eager
to take me on again!) I was finally ready to go for the pin.
But as I went for her, she grabbed me by my pants and I fell with
my left arm across the ropes. This gave her another chance to
go for an arm submission, and this one was a nasty one! Finally
I mustered up pure strength and the instinct to get away, I forearmed
her in the face a couple of times, knocking her silly.
Wanting to get my point across, I then hooked her
for the FACELIFT. 1,2,3! The Victory was mine!

Hey everyone! On Saturday September 5th, I'm back for the 3rd time
(!!!) at WWE Hall of Famer 2009 Dory Funk's !BANG! promotion in Ocala
FL. !BANG! Funking Conservatory is at 3598 SW 74th ave Suite A in Ocala
FL. Doors open at 6 pm, bell time is 6:30 pm. For more info and some
great background vignettes go to www.dory-funk.com.
Dory and his wife Marti are a class act, and I'm honored to be one of
their "Women of !BANG! TV". Surprisingly enough I've joined
Women's Champion Claudia "The Claw" Reiff in her defence of
the !BANG! Women's Tag Team Championship. This is definitely a new direction
for me, since I'm usually beating Claudia up, rather than helping her!
The Wasilla Wrecking Crew from Alaska is going to be on the receiving
end of a lot of brutality on Saturday. And let me tell you, these catty
girls have it coming to them! My match for IUWA in Streamwood IL was postponed from
last Saturday to Saturday September 26th. Good thing! This gives IUWA
Women's Champion Keelee more time to prepare for me. And to suffer a
lingering month waiting for me to come and deliver her a nasty beating!!
August 25, 2009
Welcome home! "Last week I had the pleasure of being on Evan Ginzburg's
Legends Radio, co-hosted by Dr Mike Lano. Evan is the associate
producer of the much-heralded "The Wrestler" movie that brought
new life to Mickey Rourke's career. Check out the interview here!
August 8, 2009 Congratulations are in order to "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters for his successful return to WWE. For those of you who didn't see WWE "BACKLASH" 2005, I was the woman from the crowd who took the "Masterlock Challenge" (you break the full nelson, and earn thousands of dollars). Masters put me to shame that day in Manchester New Hampshire, I have to admit. But last November in Cherry Hill NJ at the Cherry Hill FanFest, I turned the tables on "The Masterpiece"! Who wants to see a rematch live on WWE TV? :)
August 3, 2009 New Updates Posted hot bikini galleries for the members sample below
August 4, 2009 Hi everybody! As promised I did a HOT NEW SHOOT last week in Westchester NY. You could call this shoot "Fast Cars, Even Faster Woman!" or maybe more so "Powerful Cars, Powerful Woman!" I modeled several outfits and bikinis beside a hot yellow Corvette Convertible and a sweet black Porsche. Offsetting the deep yellow of the corvette I'm wearing black PVC hotpants and little PVC bikini top, and the other outfit is a well-fitting leather studded black bikini and knee high leather boots. By the black porsche I'm modeling a beautiful hot pink bikini with rhinestone trim, black lace-up hot pants and a shimmer gold and black string bikini, and also a white and silver bikini and a shimmery royal blue bikini. After shooting by the hot rods in the hot summer sun, I hit the docks to stretch out and catch some rays. Plenty of cute full body shots in this set. I REALLY needed to cool off, so I hit the pool to wet down, and then sat on the rocks around the jacuzzi. I got some great shots of me stretching out by the beautiful cascading waterfall that joins the jacuzzi with the pool. You'll love these shots! I've lightened my hair to bombshell pure platinum for the summer months, and it really offsets my summer tan. A misplace Cali girl on the East Coast, lol, imagine that? Last week at the Volusia Racetrack for the Florida Wrestling Association I posted a 1-1 record with Leva. The ref was working against me in our first match, and Leva gained a quick roll up when the ref kicked my hands off the rope while she gave me good kicks to the leg, resulting in her gaining a victory with an O'Conner roll! To add insult to injury she spanked me after the pin! But I guess she felt she had to get me back for the embarrassing OTK submission I put her in early in the match. This is my new submission - its kinda like an abdominal stretch over the knee, putting her in a perfect position for a little spanky! LOL! So that's exactly what i did! "You just got spanked" I told her, as her face turned beet red with embarrassment! At any rate, I had the girl pinned several times, but
the ref was doing slow counts and calling things in Leva's favor during
our match. Not willing to take this lying down, I accosted him
several times, and I suppose he took it upon himself to do a screw job
on me in this match. It was a total fluke (especially since
in my first meeting with Leva I had gotten her with my TPE finish
(Total Power Exchange formerly known as the Facelift). I called
Leva out for a second match and this time I took her brutal spinebuster
to get the 1,2,3! Ref couldn't deny me the win on that one - lol
- the girl couldn't get up for a few minutes after I drove her through
the canvas. I got some payback on the ref after this match by
giving him a good ol clothesline. But hey, he deserved it.
The two lovebirds consoled each other. Oh how sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Enjoy the update! There will be 3 new matches in the download area sometime during this week as well! xoxo Melissa

Two matches from NWA:ANARCHY (Melissa Coates VS ref-turned-wrestler Wes Grissom, and a Babyface/Babyface match Melissa Coates VS hometown GA-bred Crystal Rose). Here's a warm welcome to the beginning of Summer.
And an even warmer welcome to YOU. NEW WRESTLING DOWNLOAD!!! Melissa Coates VS the
mysterious Leva, from the 3D Wrestling School in Florida run by the
Dudleys. Highlights of this match include some technical chainwrestling
including a big test of strength, a big cut off spot as I am in a tight
headlock from Leva (which she attains by kickingme several times in
the leg), but with sheer power pick her up and throw her on her face!!
Other highlights include a big standing facebuster, a brutal elevated
surboard which I make even more painful by yanking back on her face,
shut her down when she scores a series of moves with a thrust spinebuster,
and MORE! Leva does some pretty cool moves, and this is a very entertaining
match! Not just the same old, same old! Its NEW in the DOWNLOAD
area! And its only $6.95

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year everyone!!! I've had a very busy 2008, and already 2009 promises to be even busier! I'm scheduled to be in NJ and MA during the month of January, as well as several dates in GA. I've recently started working for a great new fed, RAMPAGE PRO WRESTLING out of Johnny G's in Warner Robins GA every Sunday, and as well am wrestling as usual at my home fed NWA: ANARCHY in Cornelia GA. And I have great news! Come and ring in the New Year with a !BANG! as I'll be in Ocala FL on Dec 31 for Dory Funk Jr's famed !BANG! TV show!!! I'll be facing Women's Champion "The Claw" in a steel cage no less!!! I am very honored to be working for Dory - he is a pro wrestling legend, being the longest uninterrupted NWA World Heavyweight Champion ever. And with his brother Terry Funk, they together were one of the greatest tag teams in pro wrestling history. And on top of that, Dory is credited with training WWE Women's Champions Lita and Mickey James, and top superstars and WWE Champions such as Kurt Angle, Edge, Christian, Matt and Jeff Hardy, and many other top names. What a way to ring in the new year!!! Go to www.dory-funk.com for full details. My Christmas was beautiful. I went home to Canada to spend it with friends and family back in Thunder Bay Ontario. Christmas just isn't the same without snow! My Christmas gift to myself was enlisting the help of top makeup artist Alexis Vogel and her photographer partner Isaiah Mays. We spent the most amazing day together! Alexis worked her magic on my hair and makeup, and then she put some hot ensembles together from the various items I had with me. Then Alexis and Isaiah picked out great locations to shoot, and voila!!! A few shots you see here! xoxoxox Melissa

Happy Holidays! It really pays to be a member of melissacoates.com this Holiday Season! Not only do I have a new match up in the members area, but also a 35 pic gallery of me in 3 different outfits - red hot panties (and nothing else!), a wild, wild WILD cheetah hot pants/bra top/matching gloves ensemble completed with some funky black mary janes (I LOVE shoes!), and a VERY minimal and very transparent cow spotted string bikini... The match up in the members area has me up against former WWE diva Krissy Vaine, just before she headed to the developemental. Watch me show the long, tall and lean blonde who's boss! Been travelling the country wrestling the past month! I was in Chicago for Windy City Pro Wrestling 2 weekends ago, then up in New Jersey for WSU last weekend where the "Badass Beauties" (me and my partner Trixie) defeated rookie Brooke and Rayna Fire with a twice as brutal assisted FACELIFT finisher...I got Brooke where I wanted her after taking 2 variations of spinning head scissors from her...she went off the ropes to give me a cross body, but I caught her in mid air, gave her a couple of stiff knees and set her up for my finish. Tagged in Trixie, she came in and grab Brooke by the legs, and WHAM! that was it for the cute little blonde! Better luck next time Brooke! And this past Sat at NWA ANARCHY, I defeated Crystal Rose in singles action, cutting her off with a Samoan Drop and then delivering more pain in the form of the FACELIFT. This was my first straight one on one women's match at ANARCHY, (I'm used to just beating up on guys, and lately used to having my abusive ex Brodie take over my matches too!)and I was so happy to come up on top. Unfortunately Brodie showed up at the end of the match when i was celebrating to ruin things for me, got in an argument with my hero Jerry Palmer, and now for ANARCHY's big show, "SEASON's BEATINGS" they'll be squaring off in the ring. Brodie still hasnt' learned his lesson...and won't leave me alone, so Jerry is going to show him what a REAL man is like. I'll be in Jerry's corner at the show on Dec 20th. Go Jerry!!! That's it from me for this week - xoxoxox Melissa
![]() Come and fly the friendly skies!!! Good to see you back at melissacoates.com! I have a totally fresh off the presses match for you in the MEMBERS area - hot 3 way action!!!! And Mile High Melissa is at your service! See me make interesting use of an oxygen mask and a bag of peanuts! LOL.
Lots and lots of travelling and wrestling, wrestling and travelling!! I'll be in Chicago for Windy City Pro Wrestling on Nov 22 confirmed, have some other dates, possibly Thanksgiving day, to confirm in the immediate GA/AL area, and other waiting to be confirmed dates in the northeast and California. I make a trip back up to the Great White North Dec 12, 13, and 14 to do shows for Rage Pro Wrestling out of Ottawa, in conjuction with an Al Snow seminar. And you can find me at my home fed NWA:ANARCHY every 1st and 3rd saturday of the month in Cornelia GA. Be sure to visit the EVENTS section of melissacoates.com for full details as they develop. Brief wrestling results from the past month: The BADASS BEAUTIES (me and Trixie Lynn) defeated the Beatdown Betties of Roxie Cotton, Annie Social and Ref Hansen (filling in for a belated Rick Cataldo) when I hit Hansen with the FACELIFT for the 1,2,3 for NWS in NJ, Trixie and I had the honor of being managed by the Original Diva Sunny. She's looking great! Last saturday Nov 1, at NWA: ANARCHY, I'd finally had enough of abuse from Brodie Ray Chase. Owner Jerry Palmer had pitched a match between Daffney and me for me to showcase my talents (Brodie had been taking over my recent matches, demanding to do the cover after my finishing move so he could claim the win, not tagging me in, just in general completely being a dick), but Brodie blocked me from doing the match and in the long run ended up losing to Daffney as he got distracted by Jerry Palmer finally talking some sense into me. Good riddance Brodie! I'm no longer under your spell!!!!! Be sure to tune into ANARCHY for some interesting new directions with my character... As well I am loading up new pix and brief match descriptions in the free WRESTLING area of melissacoates.com. Recently added are shots of me at ALF in Montreal Quebec last August where I valeted TNA talent A1 from Team Canada and Jaime D, or Sirelda as she is known on TNA. As well, shots of me from Oct 10/11 in NJ for NWS and WSU where the BADASS BEAUTIES took on the Beatdown Betties 2 days straight! Sunny added some hi octane entertainment to the mix on the 10th when she managed me and Trixie Lynn! New shots will be added when they are made available. Come back often! Hi there!
Got LOTS and LOTS going on!

Last weekend was in Fairless Hills PA for the HUGE Signamania
III convention!!! Had a great time at my table with the "MADNESS" girls,
ie Molly Holly, Madusa and George Frankenstein (formerly Georgeous George),
meeting and greeting, signing autographs, posing for pix. It was great
to meet some of the professional wrestling legends that I havent yet
met, and was awesome to meet the fans as well. I always love that sort
of thing. Some of the big names there were Ric Flair, my friend Jimmy
Hart, Roddy Piper, The Godfather, Sgt Slaughter, Larry Zbysko, Savio
Vega, Diamond Dallas Page, Bruno Sammartino, Stan Hansen, Harley Race,
The Wild Samoans (was so good to see Afa and his beautiful wife Lynn,
I used to train at the Wild Samoan Training Center with them and Afa
Jr who is now on WWE tv), Dr Death Steve Williams (one of our guest
trainers at the defunct DSW), Tatanka, Chavo Guerrero Sr, new WWE developmental
FCW trainer Norman Smiley (very cool guy), Tito Santana, Ted "Million
Dollar Man" DiBiase, Dawn Marie, the Sandman, Pitbull Gary Wolf, Stevie
Richards... and the list goes on. Ive posted some pix in the WRESTLING
area of the site. Then that night I did a signing at PWU where Missy
Sampson is currently the champion. Hot crowd, good time. I might be
working there in the future.
Oct 11, I'll be in Monroe NJ at the Legends of the Ring convention at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (390 Forsgate Dr, off exit 8A Jersey Turnpike), signing at the WSU table. Some of the stars scheduled to appear are Ric Flair, Mean Gene Okerlund, Howard Finkel, Steve Corino, Disco Inferno, Sunny, Francine, Jake Roberts, Scott Hall, Don Muraco, Kevin Sullivan, Konnan, Wemdi Richter, George Steele, Big Daddy V, Mr Fuji, Bob Backlund, Bruno Sammartino, Tully Blanchard, the Powers of Pain, Shane Douglas, Jimmy Snuka, and many more!!! go to www.legendsofthering.com for full details!! Oct 10/11 hard hitting wrestling action for NWS/WSU!!! On Oct 10 at the VFW Hall in Bergenfield NJ (321 s. Washington ave), I'll team up with Trixie Lynn against challengers Annie Social and Rick Cataldo with Roxie Cotton (remember I kicked the crap out of Roxie a few months back at anarchy, lucky for her she is only valeting this match! LOL) And the big news is the Orignal Diva Sunny will be accompanying us to the ring!!! I'm really looking forward to this night. Bell time is 7:45 pm. Missy Hyatt, Crowbar, Little Jeanie and More! see doiwrestling.com for full details. Oct 11 at the Darress Theater at 615 Main st in Boonton NJ we have a double show - once again I'll be teaming up with Trixie Lynn for the first ever WSU Tag Team Championship!! Bell time is 6:30 pm. Tomorrow I'm at NWA:ANARCHY teaming up with my love Brody "The Stray Cat" Chase against a team of preteens! LOL. Bo Newsome and the debut of Crystal Rose...should be a good one......... Finally for MEMBERS, I got a great gallery for you... I'm modelling some lacy blue lingerie, and a lacey pink lingerie type wresting number! I'll soon have a match up with me wearing this outfit as well, and soon to be released wrestling dvds "Best of Melissa Coates" collection!! If you are interested, contact me at melissacoates@yahoo.com. In California 2 weekends ago I posted wins at Big Time Wrestling in San Jose, teaming up with my former trainer Shannon Ballard (from UPW) against his twin brother Shane and a little girl by the name of Davina Rose who was making her pro wrestling debut. There was much heat between the brothers, and well, lets just say I had to school Miss Davina Rose. In the end I ended up on top, catching Davinia as she attempted a cross body from the second turnbuckle, then planting her firmly for the FACELIFT. Better luck next time rookie!!! Next week in Bakersfied I was at NRPW taking on an old friend of mine Nikki the New York Knockout, also from my UPW days. Lots of fun, great blast from the past!!! Come back to melissacoates.com often! There is much going on, and I have some great photo shoots planned this month, and a bunch of new wrestling content to go on the site!!! xoxo Melissa

Hey everyone, welcome back to melissacoates.com. I have a HUGE update for you this time! 30 pic gallery of me going WILD, WILD, WILD in an itsy-bitsy leopard bikini, and an action-packed match from my days at OVW as Jillian Hall's bodyguard. Jillian and I take on Alexis Laree (WWE Mickey James) and Passion. I just came back from a successful tour of the northeast, where Mile High Melissa and the Flyte Crew came out victorious against the tag team of Justin Cage and Johnny Knockout, and as well I taught a young man a lesson about R-E-S-P-E-C-T in Neptune NJ on Aug 22 for NWS. The next night Aug 23 in Belleville NJ I debuted at WSU by pinning Autumn Breeze with my FACELIFT finisher despite her attacking my leg! You can see pix of these 2 matches in the FREE WRESTLING section of melissacoates.com. I want to spend my time here at my update relaying some very sad news:
Walter "Killer" Kowalski (Oct 13, 1926 - Aug 30, 2008),
one of my very first advisers and one of the most famous heels in all
of professional wrestling, passed away last sat aug 30th in Evert MA.
Walter's health had been ailing the past few years, and he suffered
a massive heart attack on Aug 8 that apparently he was unable to recover
from. Walter began his extensive wrestling career in 1947, and became
known as "Killer" Kowalski after tearing off the ear of Yukon Eric in
a match in Montreal in 1952. He worked for all the major promotions:
NWA, AWA, and WWWF where in 1976 he held the World Tag Team Championships
with Big John Studd as "The Executioners". After retiring one year later
in 1977, he opened his famed wrestling school in Malden MA, and is credited
for producing such wrestling stars as Triple H, Chyna, John Kronus,
Perry Saturn, Frankie Kazarian, A-Train and Chris Nowlinski among others.
When I first ventured into pro wrestling, I headed up to Walter's "Institute for Professional Wrestling" in 2001, spurred on by his great reputation as a trainer of such champions as Triple H and Chyna. I went past his school in Malden, and a friend and former trainee of Walter's introduced us. Walter was very amused when I did a double bicep pose for him, lol! Having trained Joanie Laurer, he really liked girls with some muscle! Still living in LA, I made trips up to Walter's school as much as I could and began my training. Walter was in too rough of shape to do much in the ring, but he oversaw the training of the students. Occassionally he would get up to demonstrate moves if someone wasn't doing them quite right. But mostly I remember Walter as a grandfatherly figure - he would take the time to tell me stories of his past (while he drank his specially juiced vegetable drink), show me his photography book (there are photos in there of a girl, and I swear its an early Joanie Laurer), and look out for my health and well being. He tried to sell me on taking cayenne pepper for healthier blood, but when I tried it I got all flushed, felt like I was on fire, and my face turned beet red!!! I decided I wasn't going to be able to take that advice LOL! But he did take time to share with me his views on spirituality, including the importance of color to your well being (he loved gold and purple as powerful and protective colors), and to love everybody, including your enemies...to picture them in an aura of gold and see past the darkness. That is some good advice EVERYONE should listen too. Walter was a wise man. My time at Walter's school was short. It underwent some management changes, and I needed to get back to California, but I remember my times there well, and am thankful for the time I spent with Walter "Killer" Kowalski.

South Jersey Wrestle Fan Fest July 26, 2008 Tere are some pix of me at the Wrestle Fan Fest in Cherry Hill NJ Sat July 26, 2008 now in the free wrestling ection of the site... see the link at the top of the page. I was a last minute addition to the show and could only spend a couple of hours there due to needing to get up to Long Island NY for a show later in the day, but the time I did spend there was awesome. It was cool to meet famed pro wrestlers and also bump into old friends and famed wrestlers like Tom Brandi (WWF Sal Sincere). And of course I always love meeting fans. Sunny, the original diva, was at the next table to mine and was sweet and friendly as ever, and had me pose in several pix with her. Then we grabbed TNA Knockout Traci Brooks, looking hot as ever, for some group photos as well. You can see those here. I think they turned out pretty nice! I met Hall of Famer Tito Santana for the first time, really nice and friendly guy, very complimentary about my photos. On the other side was Bryan Clark (WWF Adam Bomb) who is getting back into the scene upon release of his new WWE Classic figurine. AWA Tag Team Champion "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers, was at the table across from me, and the "Blue Meanie" was on a table to the far right. George Frankenstein showed up later in the day, and I missed when Sandman made the show. He had been dealing with some legal issues earlier but made the show despite it all. Best of all, the "Masterpiece" Chris Masters was at the show...and I was looking to get some payback on the man who laid me out on WWE ppv "BACKLASH" 2005....I surprised Chris and got him in the Masterlock, he realized he had better give, and now we are back to being friends LOL. So a 2 1/2 year vendetta ends. I love happy endings, don't you?
July 23, 2008
Hello my loves! Welcome back to melissacoates.com. I'm so happy you've stopped by. Got TONS to report on...first off the past 2 weeks we have seen the 3rd year anniversary of NWA:ANARCHY under Jerry Palmer's ownership - and it has been a great past year for me, and actually MY 1 year anniversary at ANARCHY! The show celebrating the 3rd year celebration was on July 12th, and saw me and my on-screen lover Brody Chase defeat T.K. Cross with ease. Of course I gave T.K.'s butt a good whipping at the end of the match to add some humilation to the defeat. And...as usual Don Matthews had to stick his nose in our business....which led to Brody challenging him to a match at our biggest show of the year, "HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT" which was to follow the next week on July 19th and which we just had a few days ago. GREAT SHOW!! It was truly awesome! I've got the reprint of Larry Goodman's report right here, as my neck and my head are still a little sore...
7/19 NWA ANARCHY'S Hostile Environment Report by Larry Goodman "NWA Anarchy presented "Hostile Environment", their annual midsummer spectacular, at the NWA Arena in Cornelia Saturday night. With the War Games, it's a perennial can't miss show, but this was doubly impressive. They threw a hell of a lot out there just one week before the big show - six stipulation matches including War Games. I thought it was too much. I thought wrong. Everybody busted ass in the ring to make sure all the stip matches got over. It was a night of pure babyface triumph, the likes of which I can't recall seeing in Anarchy. Every match had a babyface winner. Devil's Rejects/NWA Elite was supposed to be heel vs. heel, but the fans nevertheless picked a favorite, and his team won. It was also the longest show of the year on the hottest night of the summer. The temperature on Saturday afternoon approached 95 degrees. But the Anarchy fans don't need no stinking air conditioning. They passed the acid test with flying colors. 235 in the house and they never wavered. And our ringside photographer looks like George "The Animal" Steele. Palmer informed the fans that Katie Stevens had died. Anarchy held a Fanfest in May to raise money to help the girl's family with her medical bills. Palmer dedicated the show to her memory - it was direct, respectful, and not the least bit maudlin. Don Matthews beat Brodie Chase & Melissa Coates in a Slave Match (11:10). Crowd enjoyed the comedy hijinx opening. Matthews gave Melissa a drop toe hold into the Chase's crotch and then spanked Brodie. There were dueling chants as Matthews and Chase traded shots. Matthews hit the BFK. He kissed Melissa and set up for The Lariat, but Coates dropped him in his tracks with a low blow. Coates whacked Matthews on the ass with her riding crop. That just got Matthews fired up, so Chase posted him. Chase worked on Matthews wrist for a while. The big spot saw Coates try to flip Chase off the top into a senton on Matthews. Nobody home. Matthews hit a fallaway slam for a near fall. Chase answered with sky high powerbomb for a near fall. Matthews won it with The Lariat. Longer than it needed to be, but the finish got a strong pop. Coates was forced into the ring for a taste of Matthews' perversity. Coates slapped Matthews. That just turned him on. Mr. "Smitten like a kitten" ordered Coates to smack his ass with the riding crop. After the second whack, Matthews broke into a Memphis strut. Matthews asked for another one. He got it and said thanks by knocking Coates out cold with the Lariat. It got a bigger pop than the finish. Nothing wrong with a little man-on-woman violence when the situation calls for it." Gee, thanks Larry!!!! Not sure I can forgive you for that comment, even though last week you said how sexy my new look is... MEMBERS area features a match from ANARCHY from a few months ago. Watch as I give Derek Ryze a sound thrashing. He managed to get a few moves in on me, a cross body and a good drop kick, and used his quickness to avoid a couple of my brutal clotheslines, but for the most part I tossed him around like a rag doll. Backbreaking hard buckles, gutwrench suplexes, pump-handle suplexes, the works... finishing off of course with my sitdown gourdbuster, the FACELIFT. Join members are for $14.95 and see this match among many others and sexy hottt photo galleries too! MUCH on the horizon as to appearances and wrestling shows! This weekend on Saturday July 26th, I have 2 events...in 2 different states no less! 9 am - 11 am come by the SJ Wrestling Fan Fest and Collectible show at the Holiday Inn on rte 70 in Cherry Hill NJ (7 miles from Center City of Philadelphia) 08002. Signed to appear among others are The Sandman, Pretty Boy Doug Somers, Lacey von Erich, Adam Bomb, the Blue Meanie, Al Snow, George Frankenstien, Traci Brooks, Jake "the Snake" Roberts, Greg "the Hammer" Valentine, George "the Animal" Steele, Brutus "the Barber" Beefcake, Sunny, Tito Santana, the Patriot, and... someone from my past...CHRIS MASTERS!!!!!!!! You will remember that it was Chris Masters who put me in his brutal Masterlock Challenge at WWE "BACKLASH" in 2005. I tried my best to break the lock, but he was excessively violent with me, and threw me down like I was trash. Could this be PAYBACK time for Mr Chris Masters... ??? I've been waiting for this moment to be sure. Go to jennystoychest.com for full info And at a 7 pm belltime on Long Island NY, I'll be appearing at Victory Pro Wrestling. Show is at the Deer Park Community center on 41 Homer ave, Deer Park NY 11729. The Flyte Crew is looking to add another member to the crew....come by and see who it is!!! Mile High Melissa will be at your service. Coffee, tea, or ME? And on Friday Aug 1, I'll be at CCW/Anarchy (Continental Championship Wrestling) aqt the Thomaston Upson Civic Center in Thomaston GA. Bell time is 7:30, and top NWA:ANARCHY stars such as Phill Shatter, Kimo, Ace Rockwell, Shaun Tempers, Jerry Palmer and me will be in the house. I'll be taking on "light in the loafers" Jay Clinton. And will be posing for photos and selling autographed 8 x 10s. Abdullah the Butcher is also booked to appeaqr. Sat Aug 2 as usual is NWA:ANARCHY!!!!! Don't miss all the fun!!!! xo xo Melissa
July 12,2008
Hi everyone! I've had a really productive last couple of weeks. Things are going really really well right now and I can't be happier! June 26 and 27 I was up in Philadelphia PA at the old ECW arena filming the Women's Extreme Wrestling pay per view "Payback". This is going to be an awesome pay per view so you definitely have to check it out. "Queen of Extreme" Francine runs the show, and it was such a pleasure to meet her again and to be working with her. I had met her at a Smackdown/ECW taping Sept 2006 when I was working the "Bag Lady" gimmick with the "Freakin' Deacon" (now Festus). What a sweetheart. And what a great line up too - Angel Orsini, "Pryme Tyme" Amy Lee, Annie Social, April Hunter, Amber O'Neal, Jaime D (Sirelda from TNA), Cat Bower and Daynah from Canada, Missy Sampson and Bobcat are just some of the wrestlers featured, as well as some of my old competitors from my days working in the northeast, Cindy Rogers and Mercedez Martinez. I played up a domme image, and cut a couple of pretty funny promos, kept the guys laughing, esp when I whacked them with my riding crop! Some boys are soooo naughty. The next day I worked the flight attendant gimmick for ECPW1 in CT, and along with Mike Flyte accompanied an Egyptian prince to the ring in his match against The Patriot. I got some "turbulence" in on The Patriot while Mike had the ref distracted...as I gave him a bronco buster!!!! Unfortunately I also ended up costing the Prince the match I went to smach my little pilots case into The Patriot's face, but he MOVED!!! and I ended up smacking the Prince instead!!! Oooops I have more dates coming up for the Northeast with some top women's feds that I am really looking forward to working with. I will keep you updated on all these dates as they come up. I'm at Anarchy in Cornelia GA this Saturday and we have our big show "Hostile Environment" the following Saturday July 19th....don't miss out! In my MEMBERS update, I have an oldie but goodie! Check out this early match of me during my time at WWE developmemental OVW. I'm up against WWE women's champion Mickey James, who at that time was going by the name Alexis Laree. I play a big jacked up heel in this match (as was my gimmick at OVW), and Mickey plays her usual boppy self. Big body slams, suplexes, axhandles, brutal sidewalk slams! This was during the "CoatesWrack" phase of my wrestling career, and I even put Mickey in "The CoatHanger" (full nelson camel clutch) in the first half of the match. Probably the only footage of me ever doing that hold! You get to see it here at melissacoates.com! Come back real soon! xoxo Melissa
June 23, 2008
Welcome back! Wow, where do I start?! Been busy, busy, busy the past few weeks, working out, dieting, and mostly working on 2 new wrestling gimmicks! I put a lot of effort into my gimmicks, and I hope it shows! I was at NWA ANARCHY last Sat, accompanying my on screen love Brody "The Stray Cat" Chase to the ring in his demolition of rookie Bo Newsome. It was so invigorating to see Brody kicking some butt, but I have to admit, I'm always a little jealous when I don't get to do it myself......Over the past few weeks I've been shifting my ANARCHY character a little more to the "dominant" side. I wear mostly black accented with deep purple (including the purple streaks in my hair), and this week I brought a riding crop out to the ring with me. I used to a few times playfully to trace up and down Brody's fine physique and to tickle his chin with it a little (included a couple of love taps as well). It came in handy when I used it to distract Bo when he managed to get a few licks in on Brody, but -alas- that's all that was needed to set things back on track, and Brody got the win with his brutal spiral powerbomb. Beautiful! I got into the ring and wound up a good smack in the face to give Bo, then another! Then turned to the camera and gave the riding crop a good lick in anticipation of stiking Bo with it............BUT............Don Matthews showed up!!!!! Ruined it!!!!!! This weekend I'll be in the northeast doing a couple of shows: This Friday June 27th, I'll be at the New Alhambra arena (lots of history there, the old ECW arena) on 7 w. Ritner St in Philadelphia PA wrestling for WEW (full details see www.wextremew.com). I plan on using my "Mile Hi Melissa" flight attendant gimmick at this show, very cute and a lot of fun to do this character. Doors open at 7 pm and you can get tickets at newalhambra.com or call 1 800-514-3849 Saturday June 28th I'll be in Trumbull CT at the Trumbull Bay Fair from 4 to 6 pm for ECPW1. Location is Hillcrest Middle School, 530 Daniels Farm Rd, Trumbull CT 06611 Would love to see you, so come on out! Last but not least, check out the new gallery for MEMBERS!!!!!!!!!! Worked with a new photographer here, and I have to say I am happy I did! These turned out great, and Juan has a great eye for color and landscapes (not to mention picking a great model! lol) I would have to say these are some of my favorites shots ever! I am sure you'll love 'em too!!! If you aren't on the mailing list, come on and sign up! There's alink on the front page. I'm updating the WRESTLING section often with new downloads and photos from shows, and will have new photos available in the STORE very soon as well! xoxoxo

Please take your seats........ on this flight there is going to be some TURBULENCE! LOL! Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing great. My update for MEMBERS this time is a HILARIOUS gallery I did a couple of months back using my "Mile High Melissa" flight attendant gimmick. I've just started doing shows using this gimmick and it has been received really really well. Very cute, very funny and it allows me to make use of my sense of humor. I love to kick ass, but I also love to entertain! My partner is Mike Flyte who is a legit pilot, which adds a lot to the "Flyte Crew" gimmick. So check out this gallery and let me know what you think! xo "Mile High" Melissa
Welcome back to melissacoates.com!
I've been waiting for you!
![]() Been EXREMELY busy the past 2 weeks, doing 3 wrestling shows in 10 days, one in Pennsylvania! Whew! Tiring but well worth it! I am so happy to have finally debuted the "Wrestling Stewardess" gimmick Sat May 10 for RPWF in East Stroudsburg PA. My name is "Mile High Melissa". My parter Mike, who is a legit pilot and race car driver and myself, dubbed the "Flyte Crew" served as the private flight crew for former WWE wrestler Sal Sincere in his match against RPWF Champion School Teacher Steve. We even came out to our own music, a cool hard rocking tune by a friend of Mike's and even Pink is on the cut, saying typical stewardess lines! It was a great match, very entertaining, and the crowd was really really into it. I even did my first bronco buster in my little stewardess dress, which was a little awkward to say the least LOL. All in all, the Flight gimmick went over HUGE! I had a great time teasing the crowd, asking everyone to retake their seats as there was going to be some turbulence. :-) Then last Fri May 16th I took on Sumie Sakai in Columbus GA for IWN. I posed for pix in the ring before the show, and really enjoyed harrassing the crowd. Some of them needed a little coaxing, and I found the best way to do that was to grab a mike and loudly make fun of them! haha. Spent a large portion of the time kissing little boys...so cute! I came out on top of an exciting match, taking Sumie's 6-1-9 and some good dropkicks, and even a tornado DDT towards the finish, but being so much bigger than her and stronger, I ended up the winner! I started beating on Sumie with a delayed sidewalk slam with a posed bicep, and hit her with a bodyslam followed by a fist drop, a great vertical suplex (old ECW Pitbull style) and a variety of kicks, chokes, hair beals and the old crowd pleaser, chops! LOL. I finished Sumie off with the FACELIFT, when she had inadvertently kicked the ref in the crotch and was checking on him. Better luck next time Sumie! She's gotten me with her tornado DDT in the past, but not this time! Last Sat the 17th I was at my home fed, NWA ANARCHY where my partner Brodie Chase and I took part in a MEGA TAG TEAM RUMBLE! Teams entered every two minutes. Brodie and I started versus Friday Night Sensations (Ryan Michaels & Matt Sells), and wow, we were VICIOUS! A collision left Chase's head between my legs, crowd thought it was very funny, I didn't! Michaels was reluctant to hit me and I used it to my advantage! I threw him out of the ring to eliminate the Sensations! Not very sensational, are they? LOL. Team number three was Big Time Playaz (Scott McKenzie & David Matthews) from XCW in Texas. The Playaz started attacking my love, and i was having none of that. I went to threw one of them off him, and noticed...hmm......this one was kinda cute, tall dark and handsome......I mesmerized him with my feminine charms "Hey, tall dark and handsome; come here much?" and then came to my senses and got back to business. Low blow! Haha! Next was the Texas Treats (Don Juan & Chris Marval). I was disgusted when Juan did his dance for me and capped it off with a major pelvic thrust. Augh, horrible! Brodie had a great idea and got the Playaz (all heels) to work together against Treats. And then we jumped the Playaz. Pandamonium! Somehow the treats had me cornered. And they looked mad because I had tried to kick Juan in the crotch earlier like I had done to Scott, and Marval I had kicked in the head with a mafia kick on a double team move from me and Brodie. Uh oh...I shook my boobs a little to distract them, then figured 'what the heck, they'll love my butt even more'. I turned around, "Smack it, SCHMACK IT!" I said, "Its so firm it doesn't move!" Satisfied they were into it, when I felt them rub each cheek tenderly, they then grabbed me and threw me over the top rope!!!!!! I was so mad! And now Brodie and i were elimated!!!! No chance for the Tag Team Championships!!!! In the end Slim J and Shadow Jackson won the Rumble. But I did have some satisfaction last Saturday when I screwed my ex's Don Matthews chances at winning a non-title match VS NWA:ANARCHY champion Iceberg. Brodie and I came out during the match and exhibited some PDA (Public Displays of Affection) which really distracted Don. And he LOST!!! HA HA! Next NWA match is Sat May 31, be there! For you members, I have a great match from ANARCHY singles action. Watch me VS Chip Day. This is a great match, and I am more BRUTAL then ever. He seems to have an identity crisis as he's called Rafe McGuire by the play by play guys. Great cut off spot, great finish, and great outfit! Tight black short shorts, tight low cut blue and white and grey jersey, rough missed spot in the buckle where my shirt tears right down the middle!!! LOL And I can guarantee you he didn't know WHAT his name was when i was finished with him! LOL Come back real soon! xoxo Melissa
![]() Hello there! I am so happy to see you, welcome back to my site! I got an awesome new update of me in some of my wrestling gear for the members. Just call it "Pretty in Pink". I've also been real busy on the wrestling front. I had a match with my love Brodie Chase at my side last week at NWA ANARCHY, and we presented a hot new entrance to Britney Spears "Gimmee More". What can I say, that Brodie just so INSPIRES me, lol. Match was going great with me delivering some hard kicks, knees and a resounding flying punch off the ropes to TK Cross, but then that idiot Don Matthews came out and starting interfering. I got distracted right before delivering the FaceLift and got rolled up by my undeserving opponent. I am so sick of Matthews...this is going to end...soon - I promise! I'll be up in the Northeast working a show on May 10 - more details on that as they iron out, and as well have things in the works for California and North Carolina. I'll keep you all posted on those. I'm doing an internet interview on this Tuesday night April 29th live on Roundtable Wrestling: CTIRADIO.COM @ 11:00 pm EST, so tune in for a real entertaining time! Come back reallll soon! xoxo Melissa April 2008
Hey! I got some great news here on www.melissacoates.com! For those of you who are members you know I put up both galleries and video clips in the MEMBERS area. Now for you fans who are specifically into wrestling, I now have available in the WRESTLING area of the site, WRESTLING DOWNLOADS for $9.99 per video! I have a hot match of me vs Tracy Taylor as the first installation, and more are to follow in the next few days! Ms Taylor manages to find her way around my power with her speed and agility (ie I take a few good armdrags), but being smarter and sneekier (ha!) I beg off to the corner and when she comes to get me I grab her tights and chuck her head into the second turnbuckle! :-) I get some good power moves in, including my bodyslam followed by a fistdrop, sidewalk slam, brutal clotheslines and stretch Tracy with the lotus. Go to the download area for a more detailed recount of the match. And for you MEMBERS, I have a brand new match up in the members' area of me kicking Billy Buck's butt at NWA ANARCHY. As usual, I show my opponents no mercy. Takedowns, brutal kicks, stinging chops, a good uppercut here and there along with an atomic drop that damanges the family jewels, savage standing spinebuster, powerslam and an excrutiating surfboard stretch followed by a sharp elbow to the head are just some of the punishment I give Mr Buck. NWA:ANARCHY celebrated HARDCORE HELL last March 22nd, and it was a HUGE SUCCESS! I was special guest referee for a match between Don Matthews and Brody Chase, and let me tell you that was a LOT of fun. I kinda enjoy being an official. The boys fought tooth and nail for me, but in the end the better man won.... for more upcoming wrestling events, see the events area of melissacoates.com Have a great day and come back again real soon! xoxo Melissa March 2008
Well, well, well... so good of you to drop by!!! LOL
Seriously, welcome back to melissacoates.com! I've got lots of things on the horizon, including a bunch of wrestling dates - see the EVENTS section for info. I have NWA:ANARCHY every first and third saturdays of the month, but this month we have a SPECIAL kick ass big show, HARDCORE HELL, on Sat March 22nd!!! Our shows are the best, and it is hard to do so, but our big shows are THAT MUCH BETTER!!!! Last Saturday I had the pleasure (or should I say displeasure) of being fought over by Brodie Chase and Don Matthews of the Anger Alliance...Don of course has had a big crush on me, and actually he has been starting to impress me with his ability to handle my abuse. Hmmm, I like that in a man.......Brodie Chase, who dared to punch me in the face a month ago had the nerve to hit on me!!!! after being such an insulting jerk for weeks beforehand. This could lead to quite a few problems, to say the least....... I am starting work for a new federation in Alabama this Saturday, Global Championship Wrestling. You can see more and the link in the EVENTS section. I am always happy to move around and work for new promotions. Please contact me at melissacoates@yahoo.com if you are interested in having me work. I love it!!! Keeping up with the ABUSE theme (hahaha!) here is a "Cruel to be Kind" photo set for you. I hope by now you have all seen the cool montage made for me by Kevin Marx at ANARCHY. If you havent' seen it, you can see it here:
We spent a few hours getting some footage together for the vignette, and he also put in cool clips of me in action at previous matches. This photo set if from the group of several outfits we used for the vignette. All of you by now know I really am such a nice girl...but I must admit, I do have a mean streak ---- This set, as my hot pants say, is truly BAD ASS!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy the update! And don't let me catch you being NAUGHTY!!!!!!!!!! xoxo Melissa
Welcome back! This update is for February 6, 2008... Well where to start? I got GOOD news and BAD news..... may as well end on a positive note so lets start with the bad news first. My winning streak at NWA: ANARCHY came to an unfortunate end last Saturday when my unwanted "secret admirer" Don Matthews interfered in my match against Brodie Chase, causing me to lose by disqualification. Matthews took it upon himself to interject himself into the match, after seeing Brodie give me a illegal close-fisted punch to the face! That punch stunned me temporarily, but I recovered quickly and got back to my feet, only to see Matthews pushing my opponent and yelling at him. Ding! The bell rang and I was DQ'd!!!! Thanks a LOT Matthews, like I needed your help! That punch Brodie gave me was NOTHING, and I was back on my feet and ready to finish the match with another victory! I was 6 and 0 at Anarchy, up until this point. My male opponents were going down like dominos! This match against Brodie was really going well for me too - I pulled out my old dropkick and even took Brodie down with a hurricanrana, moves I don't often need to do but in this case with a man of Brodie's size, they came in handy! To no avail as it turned out, however... I don't really consider this a loss for me though, can't really as Brodie winning this had nothing to do with him being better than me, just Matthews got in the way. So unfair! I am going to gun for a rematch - maybe with Don Matthews banned from the building, or chained to a post or toilet or something he can't budge! In other wrestling news, I ended my feud with Bambi by coming to her aid at SECW a few weeks ago when she was being unfairly attacked by Peggy Lee Leather and "WildThing" Will Owens. Even I couldn't stand by and watch the two of them kick Bambi around like a dog! I hit the ring and laid the two of them out, then after Bambi and I gave them the old 10 punches in the turnbuckle, we shot the two of them off into each other and BAM! a meeting of the minds occured!!! LOL. Later in the show Bambi and I took part in the Mega Rumble, and teamed up together to pull off some great tag team moves on some of the guys... I think we'd make a great tag team, the fans sure seemed to think so. I came real close to getting the money envelope off the pole as well, but Sal Rinauro from Anarchy seemed to think it was real funny to chew on my ankle so I had to kick him and get down off the ropes because of the pain!!! So close...... I'll be participating in school assemblies and radio talk shows to promote the re-introduction of the IGN wrestling federation! Tommy Rich, Buff Bagwell, Rob Adonis, Frankie Valentine, the South Side Trash and other stars will be involved during this all day event this Friday and Saturday Feb 8 and 9 in Manchester and Columbus GA. Full details will be posted in the EVENTS section of melissacoates.com. And FINALLY for the GOOD NEWS! I'm feeling the winter chill here, even in Georgia, and do a little photo shoot in my tight long sleeved white button-up sweater and white panties! Oh, and I can't forget my soft fluffy snow-white socks!!! So comfy! Hope you enjoy the update! Jan 14
Hey there! Welcome back to melissacoates.com! I hope you all had wonderful holidays and are keeping up with your New Year's resolutions, lol. I made resolutions myself, mostly promising myself to do more cardio, stretch more, keep the kitchen cleaner (I cook so much it ends up a mess if I'm not careful!), and to be better at budgeting my finances. All good resolutions for sure. So far so good! I'm also really keeping busy on the wrestling front! I've been working for Southern Extreme Pro Wrestling since mid December, and have a hot rivalry going on with SECW Ladies Champion, veteran and wrestling legend Bambi. Bambi is famous for her feud with Peggy Lee Leather, and now we're starting one of our own! Our first match ended as a draw when the 10 minute time limit ran out, and my last match with Bambi ended in a DQ when Peggy Lee Leather rushed into the ring and cracked Bambi. Peggy Lee hates Bambi so much she couldnt restrain herself, lol. Then good two shoes Scotty Blaze got involved and had the nerve to spank me!!!! I'm scheduled back in Carrollton GA on Sunday Jan 20th for some tag team action, some come on down and be entertained!!!! I'm was in Hosford FLA Sat Jan 12 for AWA:GAWF to take on Stephanie Star (and her evil slimebag manager Tony) for Great American Wrestling Federation (www.awagawf.com). I've done many fitness related appearances in Florida, its a great state for that for sure, and it is even better for wrestling! The turnout was great despite WWE being only 35 miles away in Tallahasse, and the promotion was top notch! Despite Star's underhanded tactics, I ended up on top with the FACELIFT. You can see a full report in my fanclub. And of course I'm at ANARCHY on Sat Jan 19th. I'm taking on Brodie "The Stray Cat" Chase of the Anger Alliance. Brodie has shown me a great deal of disrespect over the past few weeks, and now its time to put up or shut up. Come on down to the Church of Southern Wrestling in Cornelia GA for some of the best wrestling action around! I am proud to say I was voted Best Female Wrestler for 2007 by Georgia Wrestling TK. MEMBERS, I have a SCORCHING HOT photo update for you! This is literally the TINIEST bikini I have ever worn! I even have a friend pose with me for some of the shots to double your pleasure! Come back soon! xoxox Melissa
December 26 Happy Holidays!!!! Wishing you all the warmest, happiest holidays and all the best for the new year! I'm up in Canada with my dad and brother right now celebrating the Christmas season, and seeing some close friends as well. It will indeed be a white Christmas, as we had a big snowfall yesterday. It had been raining the day before that, so it was a nice surprise to see snow falling yesterday when I woke up. I was up till the wee morning hours making Christmas ornaments with a friend of mine who is a recreational therapist for the elderly. We mixed up salt and flour into a thick dough, and then used cookie cutters to make the cut outs, then popped them in the oven to dry them out. Then we used different colors of sparkly glue to decorate. My friends kids were helping as well, (aged 2, 5, 6 and 12) so you can imagine what a mess the kitchen ended up being, not to mention the mess I ended up being too! Sparkles, flour and glue everywhere! LOL. We made 120 ornaments in all, so needless-to-say we were at it for hours! I enjoy doing nice things like this for people who may need a little extra Christmas cheer, so it was worth me not getting my beauty rest! Well almost, lol. Got a great match in the MEMBERS area! A very entertaining women's match, me versus Tracy Taylor. This match will also be in the WRESTLING downloads area in the FREE section for those of you who specifically just want to see the match. Come out to Cornelia GA for "SEASON'S BEATINGS", Sat Dec 29th, our last big show of the year. Lots of exciting action going on here, plus some surprises...(www.nwa-wildside.com) In my last appearance at ANARCHY, I participated in the MEGA RUMBLE. I DEMANDED to participate in fact! I busted in like gangbusters, and knocked the crap out of some of the boys, but I had this weird interlude with Don from Anger Alliance. I kept hitting him, and the more I hit him, the more he smiled! I ended up being caught unware, and thown out by Brodie Chase, who I slapped the s*** out of seconds before. So I was really disappointed to only be in a short while, but at least I got my licks in and delivered some damage those boys will remember! I promise to do more at Season's Beatings....come and see me "kick ass and break hearts" on Dec 29th. Lots of Love and thanks for making 2007 such a great year! Melissa November 26
Hello!!!! You have made my day by showing up here on melissacoates.com! And to show you my appreciation here are a couple of HOTTTTT PIXXXXX taken just a week ago when I was on a nice little vacation (???) on the west coast! Well not REALLY a VACATION per se, as I was working up a sweat putting on little lingerie outfits and teeny weeny bikinis!!! And posing in the bedroom, the studio, and by the pool, AND in the foutain (Brrrr! That streaming water was soooo chilllll!) And then there was taking off the little lingerie outfits, itsy bitsy bikinis, and sometimes sexy hose as well!!!! Members you score BIG this update as there were so many great shots of me in my red and black bra and panty set that I couldn't decide which ones not to put up for the life of me!!!! So this gallery is over 40 pix big! I LOVE cuban heeled hose, so I accessorized with these red and black thigh highs, and some hot black patent leather stiletto heels with ankle straps. I was so sad when I had to take the outfit off!!!! Tomorrow I'll be at my home federation NWA: ANARCHY in Cornelia GA, where I'll be on the hunt for this "secret admirer" who has been bothering me the past several weeks. 6 weeks ago I received a card and flowers (ugly cheap ones, I might add) at the end of my match, and then 2 weeks ago at the last show, I received a stuffed baby doll (another cheapie!!!!, adding insult to injury) in a box, which I promptly tore the stuffing out of, and threw out to the crowd. I am getting sick of tired of this guy's unwanted attention, and tomorrow I plan to get to the bottom of it!!!! (www.nwa-wildside.com) Come back real soon!!! November 26
Hey! Just a quick note between updates to let you know a couple of things: I won my 6th match in the Battle of the Sexes at NWA: ANARCHY on Saturday. This match was a bit more competitive than the last, but still yours truly ended up on top! Kid got me on a monkey flip early in the match, but misjudged the size of my brain and tried it again at the end of the match...I blocked it, threw him off sending him spirralling across the ring, and then hooked him for the FACELIFT. When am I gonna get some competition? Second, I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving! Here are a couple of shots taken from my shoot last week, kind of a "before dinner" and "after dinner" sort of thing... LOL November 14
Sooooooooooo good to see you here on melissacoates.com! I've had a couple of VERY PRODUCTIVE weeks since I saw you here last! Took a trip out to the West Coast (ahhh, Cal-i-forn-i-a!!!) and worked with a tried and true photographer to get NEW EXCLUSIVE content for melissacoates.com and for YOU! Saw a few friends here and there too, which always adds a little more warmth to my trips to the west. Then mosied over to Las Vegas to work with a fantastic photographer who has been published in muscle mags, maxim and other mainstream mags. The two of us have been trying to hook up for years to do a shoot, and it finally all came together on this trip - with GREAT results I promise you! Well, YOU be the judge, as I'll get these galleries up for you ASAP. I procured these pix EXCLUSIVELY for melissacoates.com. SO ONLY MEMBERS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THEM! If you aren't a member yet, NOW is the time to JOIN! Am working on some cool new moves, always looking to increase my wrestling repertoire to dazzle and amaze you at my next show....which will be this Saturday in Cornelia GA at the NWA Anarchy venue. Come by and see yours truly...I'll be kicking ass and breaking hearts! xo xo October 22
I've had a crazy few weeks here in GA, but hey what else is new right? I ought to be used to it by now! LOL! Well to sum it all up here nice and sweet, I've been kicking butt as usual in the wresting ring. At FRIGHT NIGHT, I teamed up with fellow Californian Tony Santarelli to kick Wes Grissom's and Todd Sexton's collective butts. After watching me bowl over Todd with power moves, Wes had the nerve to tag himself in. Bad move buddy. He paid for it! I beat the crap out of Wes, inbetween Tony have a few shots at him to. In the end Tony won via submission on Wes, when Wes' partner Todd couldn't even be bothered to come in and help. Seems Wes is getting on more nerves than just mine. I know I'd like to have another one-on-one shot on him... In the meantime the next week I beat Derrick Ryzen with my facelift finisher. I just overpower all these pitiful guys. I don't know why they keep trying. Then something really disturbing happened. At the end of my match, someone sent me flowers and a card. The card was signed "From your secret admirer". OMG. Great, some loser at Anarchy is stalking me now. Just great. To be continued, huh?
MEMBERS' I've got another double whammy for you this update! A smoking hot gallery of me in a pink and silver slingshot bikini with a post for a prop in a park in Vegas, and a match of me VS Angel Williams from my old Deep South days. Check it out! I had the pleasure of being asked to do a talk for the Girl Scouts in the Cornelia/Gainesville GA area, on "being a woman and making it in a man's world" as Girl Scouts' leader and rabid ANARCHY fan Miss Laura put it, LOL. I talked to the girls about being sure to have a solid education while pursuing goals that were close to their heart, ie for me tennis, powerlifting, rugby, bodybuilding and now wrestling. It is amazing how much little girls look up to women wrestlers nowadays. Whenever a little girl hears I am a pro wrestler, their eyes light up. It is a humbling and powerful experience to know that things I say and do as a woman wrestler can affect these girls' direction in life, their aspirations, goals, their feelings about themselves and others, and about where they fit in with life. Wow. Such responsibility, but it is a great feeling as well. I had such a good time with the girls, and they taught me one of their Girl Scout songs and a little dance, then gave me a bandana signed by all of them. I never was a Girl Scout as a child, but I wish I had been! LOL. Congratulations on such a great crew Miss Laura! Come back real soon! xoxo Melissa September 25 Here's a big hug and kiss from me to you here at www.melissacoates.com. So nice to see you once again at my home on the web! I've made some new updates to the site, mostly a hot new gallery in the FREE area. This is a sample of shots from a big swimsuit shoot I did for MuscleMag International. The sun and sand were so warm and inviting that day on Newport Beach! I LOVE slingshot bikinis, and this one is so bright and beautiful, with rhinestones on the lemon yellow material, it really stands out against my dark tan. Normally I would have saved this for a members' gallery, but what the hey, why not change the free galleries from time to time? MEMBERS, see me kick some serious butt in this update! This is a recent match from NWA: ANARCHY (www.nwa-wildside.com) where I wrestle every first and third Saturday of the month. Previous to this match I had basically squashed Chris King in an intergender match at the ANARCHY arena, and this time I do pretty much the same to Wes Grissom, who is usually a referee at ANARCHY. Apparently Wes thought he was better than a woman, and well, I had to teach him a lesson... HUGE NEWS! This Saturday in Cornelia GA is ANARCHY's big show "FRIGHT NIGHT 2007". I'll be tagging with Tony Santorelli against the same Wes Grisson and "The Technician" Todd Sexton. Silly Wes is coming back for more, and I'll be pleased to teach Todd Sexton a thing or two about having respect for women as well. Hope you can make it to the show! Hugs and Kisses! PS. Congratulations to Mike F. in Delta, Ontario for picking up the purple teddy I wore in the last members gallery. Thanks so much Mike! Love you! August 30 Welcome back to www.melissacoates.com! MEMBERS, check out what I have for you this update! Just a typical day around Melissa Coates' home, me in my purple teddy lounging about. Shot by Bill Dobbins, famed physique photographer. This outfit is available to YOU! Bidders, shoot me an email at melissacoates@yahoo.com. I'll include an autographed 8 by 10 of me wearing the teddy, and another hot 8x10 as well! Lots going on! I am steady wrestling at NWA: ANARCHY every first and third Saturday of the month, kicking lots of BUTT! Those of you who have wanted to see me challenging men, this is where you'll see me pit my feminine stength and cunning against their testosterone! Remember the famous quotation: "The female of the species is more dangerous than the male"? ... Well watch me prove it! As well, I am going to appear at the huge sci-fi convention Dragon*con this Friday Aug 31st for an autograph signing at 3 pm and then the Dragon*con Wrestling Championships at 7 pm. I'll be poolside at the Hyatt for the signing, and will have lots of 8x10s available, and am more than happen to sign autographs! I'll be bodyguarding/valeting DCW Commissioner Gerald "Tiny" Dockery at the event, which will include many of my fellow ANARCHY Superstars. For full details see my EVENTS PAGE. Join my newsletter here! Join my Yahoo fanclub at Melissa Coates Fans Come back real soon! Nice to see you here back at www.melissacoates.com! I'm enjoying (for the most part! LOL) the hot and humid summer here in the deep south. Hello bad hair days! LOL. The most enjoyable part is the new federation I am working for, NWA: ANARCHY (www.nwa-wildside.com). The athletes here are absolutely top-notch, and I am really excited to be a part of this promotion. For those of you who have been wanting to see me wrestle guys, well that is what I am doing here. And so far I am undefeated! Both victories came clean from my new finisher, a sit-down facebuster I like to call "The Facelift". The NWA television show runs internationally, go past the website and see if you get the program. We run live the first and third Saturday of every month in Cornelia, GA. Would love to see you out there! Members, I have a double treat for you this update! In the WRESTLING section of the members area you'll find a 12 min video of me defeating fellow Canadian 21st Century Fox from the 1st round of the prestigious Elite 8 Women's Tournament. 21st Century Fox has a good physique and height as well, but I proved to be just too powerful for the girl. I win with my CoatesRack torture rack finisher. As well, see me rock out in a SMOKING gallery! Wild hair, black fur (fake of course!) bikini, black patent leather thigh high boots, an electric guitar, and a bed! What more could you ask for? Come back real soon! xoxo Melissa Happy 4th of July! Here's me showing some patriotism in my stars'n'stripes slingshot bikini, carousing around a simple prop...if you want to see more, join my MEMBERS area and see a whole gallery of me celebrating the old red, white and blue! In the MEMBERS area as well, watch me kick Jillian Hall's butt in a pro wrestling match filmed in Madison TN. for the PGWA. As for my latest happenings in the wrestling world, I am currently the Great Champion Wrestling's Ladies' Champ, and am really honored to be working at the famed NWA: ANARCHY (www.nwa-wildside.com). The promotion has an awesome TV show (see website to see if it is available to you) and some of the highest level athletes I have ever seen. The promotion just finished filming the special "Hostile Environment", in which I debuted, the biggest show in the promotions' history, and IT REALLY ROCKED! We have live shows every first and third saturdays of the month, so if you are close to the Cornelia GA area, come on by and see some incredible action. Enjoy the update, and be safe on your holiday! xo Melissa Not Yet a Member? Click here to join or for more info! Hey Everyone! Welcome back to melissacoates.com. As you can see, we have a whole new look here on the site, just for you! I hope you like it. I thought it was high time for a face lift! LOL! I thank all of you for your patience while the changeover took place. This sort of thing can be fairly tricky sometimes, and it did take a couple of months to get together. Believe, the whole time I was thinking of you guys, anxious to keep in touch and serve you with the best photos and videos I could. So as a reward for all your patience and understanding, this MEMBERS update is over 50 PIX BIG! As well I have added about 30 more pix to the last gallery that was added a couple of months ago. There are a few sample pix here for you to take a peek at. I model a sexy black one piece, while I do a little cardio, and use a work bench here or there for a posing podium. I hope you like what you see! Come back real soon! I have plenty of wrestling events in store as well. Info will be posted in the events section. Remember to go by www.dswrestling.com for details for when their TV show appears. I am on the show, so be ready to get ENTERTAINED! xo Melissa Not Yet a Member? Click here to join or for more info! |
